Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant looking for fine pearls. When he found one of great value, he went away and sold everything he had and bought it.（Matthew13：45-46）
This is a merchant, for this fine pearl this merchant would search everywhere, from mountains to oceans and even to the deserts, wherever this fine pearl was he went, but he couldn’t find the fine pearl. At last, the merchant is happy, because he finally found the pearls he’s been searching for !
This is a believer, he was searching for God every day to find the kingdom of heaven. How can one go to the kingdom of heaven?
Only God’s word can guide us to the kingdom of heaven. Similar to how the merchant found the pearl of great value, and afterwards sold everything and bought the pearl, if believers can find the way to the kingdom of heaven through the word, then they would throw away their thoughts and make the effort to keep the word in their hearts.
